Do I have to manage the account myself?
We don’t offer campaign management services. However, you’ll have an awesome Customer Success team behind you! We’ll get you onboarded quickly and make sure you know how to use the platform. We’ll also offer you ongoing advice and guidance to help you grow your contacts and increase conversions. Additionally, if you just need help creating email, popup, and other templates that are consistent with your brand, we offer several creative packages, including our “Top 10 E-commerce Respondrs” package. Do you offer help with integration?
Absolutely. As soon as you sign up, we’ll do an onboarding call to get your store integrated with Respondr. We have pre-built integrations with most popular shopping cart platforms, including Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento, WooCommerce, and a handful of others. See our Integrations page for more.
Is Respondr an email service provider (ESP)?
No. We deliver your email via your own Amazon SES account.
Are there other pricing options?
Yes. We offer our Performance Plan to enterprise retailers, which involves an SLA from our Customer Success Team in return for a 1-3% commission on sales influenced by Respondr. While the Performance Plan is not a full-service commitment, our Customer Success Team invests a lot of time and energy in Performance accounts to maximize revenue and conversions. Our sales team can tell you more.
How many responses can I send?
Respondr imposes no send limits beyond those imposed by Amazon SES, Twilio, Facebook, Twitter, and other API providers through which we deliver messages on your behalf.
How many actions can I track?
We don’t place any limits on how many website visits, actions, or other events we will track for you.
